Menu Plan Monday -

I'm writing this on David's laptop in California and there's a good chance things will come up this week that I'm not anticipating yet.  But I'm going to give menu planning a shot anyway!

Monday:

• On our way home from California so we will probably grab a bite in OKC or Norman. 

Tuesday:

• fettucine alfredo
• tossed green salad
• homemade bread sticks

Wednesday:

• vegetarian enchiladas
• tossed green salad
• chips and salsa

Thursday:

• homemade egg rolls
• fried rice
• sweet and sour sauce
• fresh fruit

Friday:

• We will probably go out with friends since we haven't seen our Ada peeps for a few weeks.

Saturday:

• homemade tomato bisque soup
• quesadillas
• apple pie
