David and I went to Kansas City for the weekend to see a Radiohead concert Sunday night. We didn't get home last night until fairly late so here I am, making my menu on Tuesday again.
Tuesday:
- tacos made with black beans
- chips and salsa
- fresh strawberries and grapes
Wednesday:
- homemade soup (I have all sorts of stuff saved in the freezer for soup)
- homemade rolls
Thursday:
I will be out of town for a few hours during the day and then have two evening meetings. I think I'll have the guys get themselves a pizza from our favorite Italian restaurant and I'll probably make myself a quick sandwich, salad or smoothie somewhere in between my various activities.
Friday:
- pancakes
- organic sausage links
- smoothies
Saturday:
- Broccoli fettuccine alfredo
- salad
- garlic bread
