Menu Monday ~ October 15, 2012

Monday:
  • artichokes (as appetizer)
  • pasta with asparagus (using this recipe for inspiration)
  • tossed green salad
  • fresh fruit salad (for dessert while watching Downton Abbey)
Tuesday:
  • baked lemon pepper chicken
  • fresh green beans (cooked with onion and organic bacon)
  • baked potatoes
  • tossed green salad
Wednesday:
  • black bean burritos
  • seasoned rice with corn and tomatoes
  • tortilla chips and pineapple salsa
Thursday:
Tonight is the annual employee dinner for the company David works for. He has arranged the meal at our favorite Italian restaurant. 

Friday:
David will be out of town so I'll do something simple like a salad or maybe cook up some of that Gulf shrimp in the freezer. 


Saturday:
David will still be out of town. The fire department he volunteers with is having a dinner to raise much-needed funds so I'll probably attend that.
