Monday:
It snowed this morning and while it's mostly gone now, it's still cold! I think I'll bake some bread as a good excuse to turn the oven on.

Tuesday:
I have a lot of potatoes on hand and I froze a couple of slices of leftover ham from Thanksgiving. I think potato soup sounds like a good plan.

Wednesday:
David will be out of town so I'll probably just have some leftover soup.
Thursday:
We are going to see "It's a Wonderful Life" at the little local theater. It starts at 7 and the $5 ticket includes popcorn and a drink so a light supper will be sufficient.

Friday:
I have a lot of potatoes, onions and carrots so I think a nice roast would be a good idea. That will provide plenty of leftovers for the weekend, too.
