Menu Monday

No menu this week as we are just leaving New Orleans today. We will
stay in Shreveport tonight and come on home Tuesday. I would imagine salads and vegetables will feature prominently in our meals in the days to come.

I did finally get boiled crawfish last night and I'm planning on raw oysters tonight. The fresh seafood is just one of the things I'll miss when we get home.
