We've been snowed/iced in since last Thursday and I haven't been out of the house since the Tuesday before. Everyone else seems to be complaining about going stir crazy on Facebook but we had a nice weekend. I'm still content here at home but must admit I'm glad the guys went back to work today. I really need to clean house! I'm getting ready to put in the second load of laundry, I've run the dishwasher and put away the dishes when they were done, hand-washed the things I don't put in the dishwasher and took out the trash. I've got orange peels/nutmeg/cloves simmering in the mini-crockpot (love the smell), beans simmering on the stove, a candle burning in the kitchen, and the blues playing on Spotify. Just took a break to finish my menu but now I've got to get back to work. Have a great week!
