Monday:
I have a 6 p.m. meeting tonight. That means I need a quick-to-prepare dinner after I get home around 7:30. Before the meeting I'll prepare homemade spaghetti sauce and put it in the crockpot to simmer until I return from my meeting. Then I'll just have to cook the pasta and make a salad.

Wednesday:
David will be out of town for the day and home quite late. I'll just make myself a sandwich or maybe a smoothie.
Thursday:
We are going out to dinner with our kids and then stay to play a game with the bartender. What? Doesn't your bartender ask to play board games with you?
Friday:

- roasted potatoes/onions/peppers
- corn
- salad
