Monday:
I had a meeting tonight and didn't get home until almost 6:30. That called for an easy meal.
- spaghetti
- salad
- Italian bread
Tuesday:
We have dinner plans with my cousin and her husband.
Wednesday:
Busy, busy day! I have to pick up my coop order in the morning, piano lesson at 3:30, meeting at 4:15-ish, choir at 6:45. Sounds like the perfect day for a crockpot meal.
- roast in the crockpot along with potatoes, carrots and onions
- salad
- toasted Italian bread
Thursday:
David has a "work day" at the fire department this evening and he's picking up pizza for everyone. I'll eat leftovers from the Wednesday roast.
Friday:
I think we might get a quiet, "date night" at home. Hopefully!
- French roasted whole chicken
- mashed potatoes
- glazed carrots
- salad
- a nice French wine with our meal
- steaming cups of coffee and a piece of good chocolate for dessert
Saturday:
- chicken and dumplings
Sunday:
I don't know if the kids will be here for "family dinner" or not. Lately it seems at least one is sick or has something else they have to do. I think I'll wait until a little closer before I make meal plans.
