David and I are leaving Thursday for a much-needed vacation. We will be going to our "happy place", New Orleans. I'll try to post some pictures of the fabulous food we will be enjoying there. As for this week's menu, it will just be Monday through Wednesday and I'm trying to use up perishables so it's not terribly exciting.
Monday:
- potato soup (from leftover mashed potatoes)
- salad
- French toast
- scrambled eggs
- fruit smoothies
- asparagus stir fry over organic pasta
- salad
- deviled eggs (we have a LOT of eggs right now!)
