Menu Plan Monday ~ May 2, 2011




Monday:

David picked up Chinese food Saturday night - enough for a small army!  We ate off it yesterday and I sent some with the guys for their lunches today.  There is still a quart of egg drop soup and some garlic chicken which I will use to make chicken noodle soup tonight.  I also need to get myself in gear and bake bread today so that will be a good accompaniment.  It's cool and rainy today so soup and fresh bread will be perfect for dinner.

Tuesday:
  • turkey and vegetable stir-fry (at least I *think* it's leftover turkey in those vacuum sealed bags in the freezer!)
  • rice

Wednesday:
  • beans

Thursday:

Friday:
  • chef salads
  • cheese biscuits
Saturday:
  • bison steaks on the grill
  • baked potatoes
